The benefits that matter to the nation

this is 8% more than the national average, which is 33%. Family leave options is also another highly valued benefit amongst employees.

Whilst this is on the lower side, 30% have agreed that their employer's sustainability efforts impact their overall engagement in the jobs. 37% also agree that they would definitely stay with their current employer if they showed a high commitment to sustainability initiatives.
