Christy’s team is responsible for 23 Accor Hotel locations and over 600 employees in Australia.

With 23 Accor Hotel locations and over 600 employees within her remit, Christy Musco, Talent and Culture Manager of Accor Hotels – AccorInvest, wanted a better way to onboard employees more efficiently. Christy was frustrated by the time her team was spending on manual onboarding processes and data entry, so she began researching for solutions and better options.

Solution
