WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS OFFER?

1. You are eligible for the offer if you:

• you are a resident of Australia who is at least 18 years old;
• you enter into a novated lease for an Eligible Vehicle during the Offer Period with an approved third party provider; and
• settlement occurs and you take delivery of the vehicle.

OFFER PERIOD

2. The Offer period runs from Thursday, 7 November 2024 to Monday, 31 March 2025.

GIFT CARD

3. A Gift Card will be sent to you, by email, within 30 days of the date that all requirements in section 1 have been satisfied; provided that your novated lease remains on foot and has not been terminated.

4. Use or redemption of the Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the Gift Card issuer.

5. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS ON THE OFFER

6. We do not guarantee whether a novated lease is suitable for your circumstances.

7. Any taxes payable as a consequence of accepting the Offer or entering into a novated lease is are your responsibility. We recommend that you seek independent, professional tax advice to determine any tax impacts a novated lease arrangement may have on your circumstances.

8. We do not guarantee the vehicle delivery date.

9. This Offer is not available for a novated lease transition, re-finance or renewal.

GENERAL

10. We may vary or discontinue this Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if you have accepted it prior to it being discontinued.

11. If you accepted this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a cooling off period of 10 business days.

12. We may receive a commission if you enter into a novated lease with an approved third party provider.

13. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the state of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

14. Flare values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you, and share it with third party service providers, for the purpose of administering this offer and providing you with products and services. DEFINITIONS

• Approved third party provider means any third party provider approved by us, which is notified to you in writing.
• Eligible Vehicle means an eligible plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, approved by us, which is priced under the luxury car tax threshold of AUD $91,387.
• Gift Card means a digital Prepaid Mastercard issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited (ABN 30 131 436 532, AFSL 404131) with a face value of AUD $500.
• Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.
• We, us, our or Flare Cars means Spark Leasing Pty Ltd (ABN 65 647 814 659) t/as Flare Cars of Level 2, 309 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.
